You will own the entire paid media ecosystem — from Google Ads and Meta Ads to TikTok Ads — with the goal of optimizing CPA and expanding qualified leads for Lumina Media Agency's services.
Description
- Plan and manage all paid media campaigns
- Optimize CPA and ROAS according to business goals
- Analyze conversion data and build A/B testing reports
- Collaborate with Content & Design to produce effective creatives
- Monitor algorithm trends and update strategies accordingly
Requirements
- 3 – 6 years running Google, Meta, TikTok ad campaigns
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
- Deep understanding of pixel tracking, GA4, Conversion API
- Data-driven mindset, proficient in Excel/Sheets
- Proactively propose and test new ideas
